Payment Procedure

The Procedure:I normally do it 1 out of 2 ways100%:
Pay the full price up front50/50:
Pay 50% up front and 50% when im done with the sketchI do not cover PayPal's transfer tax in my commissions and I expect them to be paid in full despite it.

Refunds:if the client cancels the commision there will be a 50% refund of the amount that has been payedIf i as the artist cancel the commision for whatever reason
(being unable to finish it, being uncomfortable drawing it, etc.)
There will be given a FULL refundHowever this does NOT apply if the client has done or said something to make the artist block them
(saying slurs, Harrasment, etc)
